This 3-day’s workshop, with Susan Kocen as our trainer, will focus on the Art of Facilitation and the Facilitators own experiences. This year we will make a dive into Process Work and how Inner Work will help you to become an even better Facilitator.
The way Susan Kocen works with Process Work is a great example of this playful and fun approach that is so exemplary of Mindell himself. She is a queen of creative working with groups. Not just sitting in a circle and listening to somebody talk. But to be active, standing up, walking around, laying on the ground. Looking for flirts. Doing this marvelous bodywork that is so masterful developed in Process Work. Because the answers are in the body, not in de mind. If you want to become a unconstrained facilitator, that is free to move and happy to do other things than stand before a flip-over, this is your chance of learning it from one of the best.
Besides all her creativity and fun approach Susan has an in-depth knowing of the Dreaming concept. The Dreaming that is so necessary to bring your group from Consensus reality to the Essence. To lead them from their minds and the conventions there trapped into, to the essence of what makes the group, and the individual.
Three days with Susan Kocen will change your facilitation style forever.
The Art of Facilitation and the Power of the Dreaming
This event offers a fantastic opportunity for teachers, trainers, facilitators, lecturers, coaches, students, etc. to work on further mastering the facilitation profession. It’s also an opportunity to focus on learning Process Work from the inside out. Especially when you’re a newbie to this stuff.
For those unfamiliar with Process Work, it's the foundation for Lewis Deep Democracy method that is very popular in the Netherlands.
Process Work, developed by Arnold Mindell, is a holistic approach to personal growth, conflict resolution, and organizational development. Process Work considers not just the content of experiences but also the underlying processes, patterns, and relationships involved and emerging in our lives. Mindell's approach emphasizes the importance of awareness, creativity, and inclusivity in exploring the complexity of human experience and relationships.

We recognize that someone from a more 'low income' country or a students may earn significantly less than is done in the West. A well-earning professional will understand the true value of this workshop in comparison to its income. The most important thing is that the decision belongs with the participant, not us. By doing so we take a risk. A risk that is 100% in line with what we believe in.
We chose this solution to make the event accessible to as many people as possible. This way, we distribute the costs and can also accommodate students or participants from other countries and/or with lower budgets. The choice of how much to pay is left to the participants themselves.
